Equipment As Follows: 1000 gallon polypropylene tank with ¾” walls Fabricated mild steel frame Stainless Steel hopper and metering auger with VFD Hopper Capacity of 110lbs, with a low level limit switch Progressive cavity injection pump with VFD – 12GPM max Activation chamber with two 12” hydrofoil impellers Aging chamber with two 15” hydrofoil impellers Two way electric actuated brass ball valve 30-50 GPM water supply required Electrical: 480VAC, 60HZ, 3PH, with 120VAC control voltage HOA switches with relays and timers General: All mild steel will be sandblasted, two part epoxy primer painted one coat and two part urethane finish painted one coat.
